15 Feb 2024– Blue Cross/Blue Shield, your health network as a SWSCHP member, is now known as Anthem, and as such, new cards are being issued to all applicable SWSCHP members. Please remember to do the following to make the most of your healthcare benefits.

• First, please dispose of any old ID cards.

• Show your new member ID card anytime you receive care. This helps ensure claims are processed quickly and accurately.

• To look up providers, go to anthem.com

• To manage your SWSCHP benefits, such as to view claims, print EOB’s, print medical ID Card etc., go to myportal.amalgamatedbenefits.com
